We are expanding our team, and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Division
** Excellent package – Uncapped Commission – Depending on Experience **
The Company:
Scattergoods have been established in Surrey since 1975 and specialise solely in providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to the Catering and Hospitality industry, and associated roles. Our ethos is to provide an honest, ethical and professional service to our clients and candidates through listening and understanding every individual’s needs.
The role will involve working within a well-established team developing effective client and candidate relationships. Scattergoods work in partnership with a wide range of high profile clients throughout Surrey and the Southeast, ranging from Business and Industry contracts, Hospitals, Local Councils, Schools, Residential Homes, Conference Centres and Event Caterers. The successful applicant will be working alongside experienced consultants representing the Permanent Department within the business.
All of our Consultants and Management staff are ex-industry, and are able to better understand our client’s requirements as a result of their relevant experience. We believe this sets us apart from our competitors, as well as our working ethic towards our own employees, maintaining one of the lowest staff turnovers in the recruitment industry. Scattergoods are proud to offer a stable and friendly working environment. Whilst we work to company and department targets, we do not work to KPI’s and actively encourage like-minded employees to manage their own workload in order for them to thrive.
About you:
You will already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Hospitality and Catering sector. You will have a sound working knowledge of the permanent recruitment life cycle, and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achieving set targets.
In addition to this a previous working knowledge of the Catering industry would be an advantage as you will be required to represent the company in client visits, recruitment days and company exhibitions. You will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be computer literate and have your own transport due to the location of the office and requirements of the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, well presented consultant looking for that next step in their career.
If you would like to be considered for the role, please forward a copy of your CV along with your salary expectations directly to Claire Skelsey – claire@scattergoods.co.uk
