Increases to Agency Worker Pay Rates
We are pleased to inform you that all Agency Worker pay rates will increase by a minimum of 4.4% from Monday 8th April 2019 .The increase is well above inflation and reflects the current economic situation and the dedication and skills provided by our workers.
These Pay Rate increases are a commitment to to continue to move the earning capabilities and living standards of our workers forward, as part of our Corporate Responsibility.
Scattergoods are committed to pay above the minimum levels set by HM Government, and will continue to pay the best wages possible for our workers.
Scattergoods Agency policy remains to always pay our workers equal pay and conditions for performance of identical roles whatever their gender.
