We currently run Basic and Intermediate Level Food Safety Courses on a regular basis

Basic Food Safety Certificate
for all levels of Catering Staff and Food Handlers.

Basic Food Safety Update
for people who have previously taken a basic Food Safety exam.

Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety
for Chefs and Supervisory staff who already have a basic level qualification and are looking to increase their knowledge.
