Courses
Scattergoods are a registered centre for both the RIPH and CIEH for Food Safety Courses.
We currently run Level 2 (Basic) and Level 3 (Intermediate) Food Safety Courses on a regular basis.
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
for all levels of Catering Staff and Food Handlers.
Level 2 Food Safety Update
for people who have previously taken a basic Food Safety exam.
Level 3 Certificate in Food Safety
for Chefs and Supervisory staff who already have a basic level qualification and are looking to increase their knowledge.
