Managing Director
Andrew joined Scattergoods as Office Manager in 1997. Andrew previously worked as a chef for 14 years in fine dining restaurants and contract units within the Home Counties and London, his last position was Head Chef at Sony, UK. Andrew became Managing Director of Scattergoods in October 2002 on the retirement of Philip Scattergood (founder of Scattergoods Agency Ltd).

Stephanie joined Scattergoods in February 1998 as a recruitment consultant in the permanent department. Stephanie previously worked for Sodexho for 12 years initially as a Catering Manager and completed her service with them as Personnel and Training Manager for their Singapore Office. Stephanie is a registered trainer for the RIPH and regularly conducts in-house Food Safety Courses.

Helen has worked in the Temporary Department since joining Scattergoods in 1999. She has developed an excellent knowledge of our clients and staff. As well as dealing with the many assignments we have each week, Helen also has responsibility for keeping our computers running smoothly by liaising with our team of off-site experts.

Claire has been recruiting for the catering & hospitality industry since 1999, on both a temporary and permanent basis. She has experience working for both independent and high street agencies, and brings with her a wealth of local area knowlage. Claire has been known to go and do temporary assignments herself so you may meet her sooner than you think!

After a successful career in contract catering as well as unit management with Pret A Manger Liz has developed her skills in both permanent and temporary recruitment in the catering sector. Liz joined the recruitment team at Scattergoods in May 2006 and has become a valuable member of our successful team.
Jessica Scott
Jessica has many years practical experience in the catering industry initially as a chef and then as unit manager. Jessica joined Scattergoods in 1989 and having worked mainly with the permanent recruitment division, she now looks after the internal support system ensuring the candidate and client database is constantly kept up to date.
